ME Living Inc. may collect information you provide when you register, request services, complete forms, communicate with staff, schedule appointments, or use the client portal. This can include contact information, communication preferences, service-related information, and information needed to coordinate services.

We use information to provide and coordinate requested services, communicate about appointments and permitted service updates, operate the secure client portal, respond to requests, maintain records, improve operations, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

SMS/text messaging is optional. When you expressly opt in, ME Living may send appointment reminders, service-coordination notices, secure-portal notifications, document or action reminders, and other permitted client-service communications.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help us deliver communications may process information only as necessary to provide that service and subject to applicable safeguards.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or change your communication preferences through ME Living. Reply HELP for help.

ME Living uses secure systems for sensitive client information. SMS messages should be limited to the minimum information necessary for the communication. When appropriate, a text may direct you to sign in to the secure client portal rather than include sensitive details in the message itself.

We may disclose information when you authorize it, when needed to provide requested services through authorized service providers, or when disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law. We do not use a general information-sharing provision to override the SMS consent protections stated above.

You may update communication preferences, withdraw optional electronic-communication consent prospectively, or request assistance with your information. SMS opt-out requests are honored for future texts from the applicable messaging program.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Records are retained according to applicable operational, contractual, and legal requirements.
