These terms govern use of ME Living's public website, registration experiences, and client-facing digital services. Additional service-specific consents, notices, agreements, and program rules may apply when you receive services.

If you separately opt in to SMS/text messaging, ME Living may send appointment reminders, service-coordination notices, secure-portal notifications, document or action reminders, and other permitted client-service communications to the mobile number you provide.

Consent to SMS is optional and is presented separately within ME Living's electronic communication preferences. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages from the applicable program. Reply HELP for help or call 888-635-1022. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Do not misuse the website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
